TERMS OF SERVICE
PLEASE READ CAREFULLYBy commissioning me, you agree to these terms. If you fail to abide by any of these terms, I will publicly blacklist you from commissioning me again, and warn other artists.Not reading my terms is not an excuse for being exempt from them. All clients have access to this website prior to commissioning me.
I. PRIOR TO COMMISSIONING
1. The client must provide all information necessary to complete the commission (i.e. reference artwork/general info). I do not do time-sensitive commissions.2. Prices may vary due to conversion rates.3. My only accepted currency is GBP. This is to avoid any issues with conversion rates.4. The client must pay upfront, I will only begin working on your commission once a payment has been received.5. Turnaround times depend on complexity and personal circumstances, however, it is usually a maximum of 3 weeks.6. I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
II. AFTER PAYMENT + COMMISSION PROCESS
1. Refunds will only be given up until the sketch is complete. Once a commission has gone beyond the sketch, no refunds will be issued if your mind is changed. However, if I decide I can no longer complete your commission, a full refund will be given.2. All communication between me and the client in regards to a commission will be via Discord.3. I will allow unlimited revisions during the sketch phase, 3 revisions during the flat colour phase, and no other revisions during the rendering phase, unless very minor.4. The client cannot change the subject of the commission once it is agreed upon.5. If the client is inappropriate or rude, and has not responded to warnings, I reserve the right to cancel a commission and may not issue a refund.6. If personal circumstances prevent me from finishing a commission on time/at all, I will inform all clients immediately.
III. AFTER THE COMMISSION
1. Commissions will be sent via discord or email in high-resolution, in the form of a PNG.2. I, the artist, reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use, unless requested that I do not do so.3. The client cannot, under any circumstances, omit my signature from the finished piece. Do not claim my artwork as your own.4. All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise specified. If the client decides to use a commission commercially after its completion, this can be discussed.

- Time-sensitive commissions
